We took rich and buttery caramel ice cream, adorned it with a velvety caramel ribbon, and topped it off with pecans. But that’s not all we did. We added extra cream—and that means an especially rich ice cream with better taste. And we do declare, this is a butter pecan any southerner would approve of.
