Orangesicle Vanilla Bean Float

A burst of citrusy flavors are sweetened with Tillamook Extra Creamy Ice Cream, refreshing soda water, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

  1. In a glass jar, stir orange juice and orange blossom water together until combined and set aside.

  2. In tall glasses, distribute scoops of ice cream, alternating flavors, evenly between two glasses and slowly pour over the orange juice mixture; top the float with soda water.

  3. Using a cocktail spoon, swizzle the bottom of the soda, being mindful not to flow the glass over, garnish with orange zest and serve with a spoon. 

    • TIP: We recommend using local, organic, and even freshly squeezed juice when you can. Also, make sure you have an ice cream scoop that creates nice, round, uniform balls of ice cream instead of a kitchen spoon.
