Orangesicle Vanilla Bean Float
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp orange blossom water
4 scoops, or about 2 cups of Tillamook Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
4 scoops of Tillamook Orange and Cream Ice Cream
1 can of soda water
2 tsp orange zest
In a glass jar, stir orange juice and orange blossom water together until combined and set aside.
In tall glasses, distribute scoops of ice cream, alternating flavors, evenly between two glasses and slowly pour over the orange juice mixture; top the float with soda water.
Using a cocktail spoon, swizzle the bottom of the soda, being mindful not to flow the glass over, garnish with orange zest and serve with a spoon.
Tips + Tricks
We recommend using local, organic, and even freshly squeezed juice when you can. Also, make sure you have an ice cream scoop that creates nice, round, uniform balls of ice cream instead of a kitchen spoon.
