Jalapeños Popper Dip
So Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly spicy! This Holiday Jalapeño Popper Dip is made with Tillamook Cream Cheese, Medium Cheddar, and Makers Reserve 10-Year Extra Sharp Cheddar for rich, bold flavor in every bite. A warm, crowd-pleasing dip that disappears fast!
Ingredients
14 oz Tillamook Cream Cheese, softened
1⁄4cup mayonnaise
1⁄4cup sour cream
4–5 jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
3 tbsp green onions; finely chopped
2 cup Tillamook Medium Cheddar, shredded
1⁄2cup Tillamook Makers Reserve 10-Year Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded
10 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping (optional but so good):
½ cup panko breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted Tillamook Extra Creamy Unsalted Butter
¼ cup Tillamook Medium Cheddar
A couple jalapeño rounds to garnish
Preheat oven to 400F
In a large bowl mix Tillamook cream cheese, the sour cream, and mayo until it’s smooth and creamy
Add in the chopped jalapeños along with the green onions and Tillamook Medium Cheddar, and the Maker’s Reserve 10-Year Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, mix.
Add the crispy bacon bites and spices mix well until combined.
Spread mixture into a baking dish (8x8 works great) or small skillet
Top with Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese and the breadcrumbs mixture
Garnish with jalapeño rounds
Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices! Enjoy
