Cheddar Beer Cheese Dip
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once butter has melted, stir in flour and pepper using a fork or whisk.
When your butter and flour are fully combined, slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream, Dijon mustard, and remaining seasoning.
Continue to whisk and pour in beer
While continuing to stir, sprinkle in half of your cheddar cheese.
Once cheese has melted, stir in cream cheese.
Pour into a cast iron skillet and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until the top is golden.
Serve with sourdough bread and sliced apples.
