Cheddar Beer Cheese Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip made with Tillamook Cheddar and your favorite beer. Perfect for game day or any day. Try this easy-to-make recipe today!

Ingredients
- 4 tbs White Flour 
- 3 c Tillamook Sharp Cheddar, shredded and divided 
- 1 ½ c Light Beer of choice 
- ½ c Heavy Whipping Cream 
- ½ tsp Salt 
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper 
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard 
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. 
- Once butter has melted, stir in flour and pepper using a fork or whisk. 
- When your butter and flour are fully combined, slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream, Dijon mustard, and remaining seasoning. 
- Continue to whisk and pour in beer 
- While continuing to stir, sprinkle in half of your cheddar cheese. 
- Once cheese has melted, stir in cream cheese. 
- Pour into a cast iron skillet and top with remaining shredded cheese. 
- Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until the top is golden. 
- Serve with sourdough bread and sliced apples.
