A delicious open-faced sandwich with Tillamook Creamy Cheddar Cheese, salty ham and tangy cornichons. Perfect for a quick lunch, snack or dinner.
2 slices of Fresh white bread
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
4 oz thinly-sliced ham
Cornichon, halved (optional)
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Divide the mustard between each slice of bread.
two slices of Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar Slices on each slice of bread and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Top with ham and cornichon, if using.
