A Thanksgiving sandwich made with Tillamook sharp cheddar, turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing, all on toasted sourdough bread. A delicious twist on the traditional holiday meal.
3 slicesTillamook Medium or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 slices roasted turkey (if you have them, use your Thanksgiving leftovers!)
2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard (or your favorite variety)
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
3 slices sourdough bread
Toast sourdough slices with cheese.
Assemble with sliced warm roasted turkey, cranberry sauce and mustard.
