Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Your favorite dip is now handheld. This flavor-filled grilled cheese combines four of our premium products for cheesy, gooey, creamy deliciousness. And you even get your serving of vegetables. Win, win.
Ingredients
¼ cup Tillamook Original Cream Cheese Spread tub or brick, softened
6 slices Farmstyle Whole Milk Mozzarella
1 garlic clove, grated
½ cup frozen spinach, thawed
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
6 slices sandwich bread
In a food processor or blender, thoroughly mix your cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic, spinach, cayenne, salt and pepper until entirely combined. Scoop out the mixture from the food processor and stir in roughly chopped artichoke hearts.
On one side of each slice of bread, spread a thick layer of butter, then on the interior side of half of the slices, spoon an even helping of the artichoke spread from corner to corner of the bread. Top with another slice of bread with the buttered side facing up.
In a frying pan or cast-iron skillet over medium heat, grill each sandwich for 5 minutes per side. Slice into quarters and serve.
