Classic Tillamook Cheeseburger Sliders

Tillamooks classic cheeseburger recipe, but made into slider form! A delicious combination of ground beef, Tillamook cheese, and a few simple ingredients. Enjoy these sliders with your family and friends!

  • Form the beef into 8-10 ½-inch thick patties. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Heat a large skillet or grilling pan on medium-heat.

  • Cook the sliders for 4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 155°F.

  • Top each patty with 1/2 cheddar cheese slice, turn off the heat and cover until the cheese melts.

  • Serve the sliders on the rolls with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, onions and your favorite condiments.
