Thriving Farms are our future.

Farmers continue to be at the heart of all we do. As a co-op founded by a collection of farmers, we’ve always been committed to the future of farming, and we continue the hard work to keep farms thriving for generations to come.

Thriving Farms

We were foundedby farmers

Today, farmers face challenges: economic uncertainty, loss of farmland and constant change, to name a few.

While farming is a challenging industry, we are committed to providing support and resources farmers need to not only survive, but thrive. As a farmer-owned co-op that has supported farmers for over 100 years, we know what farmers need to succeed.

Paying generous

milk prices.

As a co-op, we pay our 80 farmer-owners milk prices that are above market value. And, we pay a premium for milk quality to encourage continuous improvement across their farms.
Championing Digital Equity for Rural Communities
Access to broadband is critical for farmers and farming communities to thrive. We are a proud sponsor of the American Connection Corps, a fellowship program dedicated to building stronger digital connections in rural communities that need it most.

Providing top-notch support

Our Farm Services Team is made up of highly trained and deeply experienced farming experts. This group works one-on-one with our farmer-owners and milk suppliers, whether that’s troubleshooting a mechanical issue or providing nutrition advice for cows. It’s a highly personalized approach — and one that’s unique to TCCA.

"Sure, we get help financing equipment, but it’s the daily things like animal welfare support and technical advice from the Tillamook Farm Services Team that make the biggest difference."

Joe Jenck

Farmer-owner and board member, TCCA

We Are

All For Farmers

To help farmers facing financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic, we donated $1.6 million to American Farmland Trust in 2020. And, for the next two years we will underwrite their Brighter Future Fund to continue supporting farmers in need across the country.

Supporting agricultural advocacy

Working with youth agricultural nonprofits like 4-H and Future Farmers of America, protecting farmland through Oregon Agricultural Trust, and supporting BIPOC farmers and urban gardening programs are ways we connect people with food and advocate for agriculture.

Shaping the next generation

We provide education, tools, resources and leadership development to up-and-coming dairy farmers as part of our Young Cooperators program, which helps develop the next generation of farmers.
