Frequently Asked Questions

Creamery

What accessibility features does the Tillamook Creamery offer?

We want to ensure that our Creamery visitors center is a welcoming place for all guests, including those with visible and non-visible disabilities. This year, we installed hearing loops to offer guests in the hearing loss community clearer communication. Additionally, we are offering new sensory kits that include noise-reducing headsets, a squeezable loaf toy, branded sunglasses, sensory/emotion cards, a fidget popper, and a coloring kit for kids to enhance the experience of neurodivergent guests.

The Tillamook Creamery is also wheelchair accessible, and we have wheelchairs available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. We’re continually building accessibility support so that all guests leave with smiles and stories to share. For any questions about accommodations that would allow visitors with disabilities to enjoy the visitors center, please contact us here.

Do you make any dairy-free ice creams?

We do not make any dairy-free products. However, we do offer a fruit sorbet option at our ice cream counter at the Tillamook Creamery so that everyone can enjoy a delicious dessert! You can find our ice cream menu here.

Absolutely. We offer gluten-free bread and are happy to prepare your meal separately on our allergen-free grill with fresh utensils at your request. At our ice cream counter, feel free to ask our staff to use a fresh scoop and/or open a new carton of ice cream for your sweet treat. Your safety is our top priority!
