Hi Kori,

Thanks for reaching out! I did a quick search with our Where to Buy tool (https://www.tillamook.com/where-to-buy.html) and it looks like our Stumptown Cold Brew Extra Creamy Ice Cream should be available at every Safeway in your area. I would call ahead before making any special trips though, just to be safe. Please note that since this flavor is in a 15.5oz container, it may be with other pint-sized ice creams and not necessarily next to our 1.75qt Premium Ice Creams.

I hope this helps!

When are you bringing your wonderful products to the east coast! I live in central NY and had your ice cream and yogurt while visiting my son and his wife in Denver. No other ice cream compares to yours!

Hi Valerie,

Thanks for your comment! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed our ice cream. We are always working on expanding our distribution, but unfortunately it is a slow process. I'll definitely let our Sales team they have a fan waiting in New York! Thanks again for taking the time to reach out.

We just came from Washington state and came through the Tillamook factory. We sampled the cheese curds and had some fabulous ice cream. My husband bought me the hot pink Tillamook tee shirt (my color!)'and a retractable pen as a souvenir. We also came out of there with my favoritr -- garlic white cheddar cheese. Unfortunately, as far as I know, we cannot purchase it in our area -- AZ. Are you going to make it available in the stores or can I order it from you? Thanks

Hi Victoria,

I'm sorry your friend is sad we discontinued our Espresso Mocha Ice Cream! It is always sad when we have to discontinue an old flavor, but sometimes it is necessary to stop making flavors that do not sell well so that we can create new fan favorites. That being said, I will certainly forward your feedback to our Product Development team to consider.

I grew up in Oregon and we always had a carton of Tillamook ice cream in the fridge! I moved to Vegas 11 years ago, and had to go without Tillamook for several years! You can imagine my excitement when the grocery stores started carrying it! I'm still sad that we don't seem to get the new/holiday flavors. Maybe one day!

October 15th, 2016 at 7:33 pm

Kara

Hi!

I have searched for both seasonals in the radius where I live (76107), and I've had no luck! Do you have plans to distribute to the local Kroger's? Just curious before I request them!

Thank you!

You have hit it out of the park with your White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Ice Cream. You are forgiven for not having Peppermint flavor last year! Why does this flavor have to be limited to Fall/Winter? I would eat it year round and not get tired of it!

I take care of picking out gifts for our Factories all over the World for our Company, we have bought a lot of Tillamook cheese as part of our gifts and they all LOVE the Tillamook cheeses that we send out. I usually send them a variety, we have had everyone say great things about your cheese.

Thank you so much for all you do :)

Here in Texas, our famous Blue Bell ice cream has problems. We are searching for a new favorite. I have two HEB grocery stores within 4 miles of me. Can you get you ice cream in many flavors to them.
I buy the heck out of your cheese, and both of the HEB's carry it in different packaging. So, I have to alternate between the two to meet my cheese needs.
I scream, you scream, we all scream for cheese. Haha, thought I was headed toward ice cream, didn't you?
You have to get the ice cream here first!

Hi Dan,

We agree, it will be a little sad to see the old Visitors Center go, but we want to make sure our Visitors Center meets our production needs and the needs of our guests. We have grown so much in the past 60 years that we felt it was time we started fresh with a brand new facility that will be even more fun and hands-on than our old facility. We want to make sure that we can host families and teach fans about Tillamook Cheese for many years to come, and our new Visitors Center will help keep those traditions alive. We hope you stop by for a visit when it's ready!

Hi Tillamook!

My family and I just recently had an amazing tour of your delicious dairy factory in Oregon (were already huge Tillamoo fans :-) ) I was wondering if your seasonal Pumpkin Cookie Flavor Ice Cream(any size) is available to purchase anywhere in California? If so, could I please know where I can go to purchase it because our family loves LOVES pumpkin everything and it would make our holidays that much more wonderful.

Looking forward to your reply,

Hi Will,

It's so nice to hear you enjoyed your tour of our Visitors Center! Our Pumpkin Cookie Butter Ice Cream is tough to find outside of Oregon and Washington, but I would suggest checking your local Winco. I believe they are the only retailer that decided to carry our seasonal flavors outside of the Pacific Northwest. Probably the closer you are to Oregon, the more likely they will have it but I would call around and see if any local Wincos have it in stock.

Good luck!

Your Wild Oregon Cherry has been a disaster in the past couple of years, with NO cherries inside, but a slight blue color and slight cherry taste. Out of 5 tries, I got two cherries, so I assume you are short of cherries or I keep getting the dregs of the batch, but no matter, it is still disappointing as Tillamook Ice cream is still the very best. Your hamburgers on site are or were outstanding.

Hi Michelle,

We are always happy to send our seasonal flavors to whoever orders them! The best place to check would be your local Winco, but I would call ahead before making any special trips. Now that it is getting later in the season many of our retailers are starting to sell out, but you never know!

I hope you find them!

Bring back Espresso Mocha!! Send me a couple of cases, they will hold me through the winter if I store it outside through the cold months (just kidding! But I will buy a freezer just to hold it!) It was really hard to find it in stores in Utah, if it was easier to get maybe it would be more popular... people didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it because they didn't know it was an option!
Sincerely,
The sad... having to lick the last tidbits of yummiest from the carton... mocha espresso fan.

Hi James,

Sorry to hear you are disappointed we decided to discontinue Espresso Mocha! We would have been happy to sell it at more stores in Utah if retailers had ordered it from us. At the moment, there are no plans to bring this flavor back but I will definitely pass the feedback along to our Product Development team to consider.

Thanks again for reaching out!

Hi Alexis,

Yay! We are thrilled that you are a fan of our Pumpkin Cookie Butter Ice Cream. It is still just a seasonal flavor so no plans to have it year-round, but I will definitely forward the request to our Product Development team! Thanks for letting us know how much you love this flavor:)

I just heard about your seasonal flavors. The where to buy doesn't list them. Are they sold out everywhere?

Hi Tamara,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble finding our seasonal flavors! Yes, they are sold out in most locations so they have been removed from our website. If you want more information or would like suggestions based on the city and state you live in, feel free to contact us at info@tillamook.com.

Thanks,

I have tried both of the new flavors and I wasn't really good of the Pumpkin,it had a funny after taste and the texture was strange, not creamy like most of your ice cream flavors. The Peppermint is pretty good, but I'm so upset that you discontinued Espresso Mocha. I used to get it at least once a week. I have fell in love with the White Chocolate Raspberry Yum though, but I don't get ice cream as often anymore because my favorite is no longer an option :-(

Hi Suzanne,

Glad to hear you are such a fan of our White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Ice Cream! I will definitely tell our Ice Cream team you give that flavor two thumbs up. It was a seasonal flavor so there are no plans to bring it back in the future at this time, but I will certainly pass along the request! Thanks for reaching out:)

Good Luck

Hello!

Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall = 8 Seasonal Flavors released each year, right?
Purchased the Pumpkin Cookie Butter + Monster Cookie Ice Cream Cartons @ (Bremerton, WA) Fred Meyer a few days ago, so I was curious as to how the distribution process works.

I assumed the Monster Cookie batch would not be available until Spring 2017. It was placed in a display near the yogurt/milk section (opposed to the regular ice cream aisle), so maybe the store received a few cartons early? Anyhow, love the Pumpkin Cookie Butter flavor and would be delighted if it could somehow be okayed for 365 days a yr. shelf-life. Monster Cookie isn't too bad either! Current faves = Banana Split, Cinnamon Horchata, and Pumpkin Cookie Butter

Any future chance for a Banana Cream Pie, Black Tie Mousse Cake, Coconut Cream Pie, or Orange Cream flavor to be brought forth???

Well, thank you for leaving the Tillamook Blog open to comments! ; )

Hi,

Good question! Our current plan for our seasonal flavors is to release two flavors for fall/winter (Pumpkin Cookie Butter and White Chocolate Peppermint Bark) and two for spring/summer (Monster Cookie and Oregon Strawberry Lemonade). However, some flavors sell out faster than others so there may be a little overlap when new flavors are released if the old flavors have not yet sold out. That's why you were able to purchase Pumpkin Cookie Butter and Monster Cookie at the same time.

I don't know of any plans to make Pumpkin Cookie Butter a permanent flavor or to produce any of the other flavors you mentioned, but I will certainly pass along the suggestions to our Ice Cream Product Development team! They always love hearing what our fans are interested in trying next.

Thanks again for taking the time to reach out!

Please, PLEASE stop using soy in 90%+ of your products. Since you've discontinued some of your flavors, I'm down to only being able to eat Rocky Road and Vanilla Bean now.

Hi Ronin,

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed we use soy in some of our ice creams! I'll certainly let our Product Development team know that you are not a fan of this ingredient. In the meantime, we do have quite a few soy-free flavors, including Banana Split, Chocolate, Cinnamon Horchata, Coffee Almond Fudge, Mountain Huckleberry, etc. You can find all of our products and ingredients on our website: https://www.tillamook.com/products/ice-cream.html
