2025 Stewardship Report: Grit from the ground up

Our commitment to responsible stewardship has been core to our cooperative since its founding more than a century ago, and we’re excited to announce the release of our 2025 Stewardship Report

“As a farmer-owned co-op, caring for cows, our communities and our natural resources isn’t just good business—it’s who we are,” said David Booth, President & CEO of Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA). “This report reflects the work our teams and farmer-owners do every day to uphold our values and ensure our co-op thrives for generations to come.”

The 2025 report marks TCCA’s eighth annual Stewardship Report showing measurable progress across our six Stewardship Commitments.

  • Thriving Farms: Helping farmers to be more efficient, economically sound and viable for generations. Learn more.

  • Healthful Cows: Committing to keep our cows healthful, comfortable and productive. Learn more

  • Enriched Communities: Strengthening communities with agricultural advocacy, food security and investing in healthful children. Learn more

The 2025 Stewardship Report showcases a year of projects that were as impactful as they were rewarding, doing right by our people, cows and land. Highlights include:

  • Nearly $1 million donated to nonprofit organizations focused on food security, agricultural advocacy and healthful children

  • 100% of the farms that supply milk for Tillamook products participate in the FARM Animal Care Program, reinforcing rigorous standards for cow care

  • 66% of total waste diverted from landfills, up from 51% in 2024, including keeping an additional 1 million pounds of cheese scrap out of the landfill

At every turn, we’re committed to being good stewards — of cows and farms, people and products, and the communities we’re part of.

Our dedication to building a better future remains strong as ever. While there’s always more work to do, we’re committed to being transparent in our progress and continuing to strengthen our impact for the next 100 years.
