Yes. Creating an account allows you to order at the Tillamook Creamery, participate in challenges, unlock badges, and save your favorites in the app!

The Tillamook App is compatible with Android and iOS smartphone devices only. Please be sure your device is connected to Wi‑Fi and has sufficient storage space before attempting the download.

App notifications can be managed within the app. From the 'Explore' tab of the app, you can view your settings by selecting the cogwheel icon in the top right of the screen and selecting 'Notification Preferences'. You can also manage app notifications using your device settings.
We designed our app with accessibility in mind. With features like keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility, all dairy enthusiasts can use our app.
While kids are always welcome to enjoy the Tillamook Creamery with you, the app is intended for dairy enthusiasts who are at least 16 years of age.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Depending on your notification preferences, you may also receive an app notification when your order is ready.
From the 'Explore' tab of the Tillamook App, you can view your settings by selecting the cogwheel icon in the top right of the screen and selecting 'Notification Preferences'.
There are multiple pick‑up locations depending on your order type:
Ice Cream orders: Pick up on the west side of the counter near the dining tables.
Cafe orders: Pick up on the west side of the counter, closer to the Yum Bus.
Market orders: Pick up just inside the store entrance to the right.
Pick‑up locations are also listed on the Creamery map in the Tillamook App.
Orders cannot be edited through the Tillamook App once they've been placed. Please check in with our staff at the counter to see if any changes can be made. We'll do our best to help!
Mobile orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Cafe orders can be placed once you are near the Tillamook Creamery. Please make sure your location services on your phone are enabled.

We accept mobile orders during the Tillamook Creamery's hours of operation. Mobile ordering may be temporarily unavailable from time-to-time.

To ensure fast service and food quality, Cafe mobile orders are currently limited to select menu items, including: soups, salads, Creamery Classics, and kid‑friendly options. We may expand the mobile order menu in the future.

Yes, prices are the same when ordering in the app or in person. Please note that there is a $1.50 bag fee that applies to all Cafe and Market orders and cannot be waived.
Cafe: For guests with food allergies or any other dietary restrictions, we recommend placing your order in person and discussing any questions or concerns directly with our staff at the time of ordering. Cafe items are not prepared in an allergy‑free kitchen, but our team will do their best to accommodate when possible.
Market: Ingredient information is available in the app and on our website. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact our team before placing your order here.

Badge progress is private and not currently shareable within the app. Some guests choose to share screenshots to encourage friendly competition!
No, product ratings are only visible to you. The leaderboard shows how many ratings have been completed, but not how each product was rated.
If your UPC isn’t scanning, please make sure camera permissions are enabled for the Tillamook App. You can check this in your device settings.
Yes, you can remove yourself from the leaderboard. From the 'Earn' tab of the app, select 'View Leaderboard'. On this screen, you’ll see a 'Hide my Dairy Diary ranking' toggle, click it to hide your ranking.
Terms & Conditions can be found within the app. From the 'Explore' tab, you can view your settings by selecting the cogwheel icon in the top right of the screen and selecting 'Terms of Use'.

We hope to see you again someday! You can deactivate your mobile account in the app by going to Account Settings and selecting Delete Account at the bottom of the page. If you would like us to delete your data, please contact us via https://www.tillamook.com/privacy-requests.
